Characters and background

"Know your place, fool." From the popular anime "Jujutsu Kaisen" comes a Nendoroid of Sukuna, the evil spirit that resides in the special-grade cursed object "Ryoumen Sukuna's Finger."

"Jujutsu Kaisen" is based on the dark fantasy manga by Gege Akutami and has been adapted into an anime by MAPPA since October 2020. The story begins when high school student Yuji Itadori accidentally eats the finger of Ryoumen Sukuna, causing Sukuna to become harbored within his body.

Sukuna was a real sorcerer who lived over a thousand years ago during the Heian period, and even after his death he continued to exist as a powerful curse. In the present day, Sukuna's powers, sealed within his 20 fingers, gradually awaken within Itadori's body.

Sukuna's overwhelming power and evil personality play an important role in the series, making him a very popular character among fans. In particular, his complex relationship with the protagonist, Itadori, and his mysterious past and goals are important elements that get to the heart of the story.

Figure Features

This product is the Sukuna version of the adorable Nendoroid figure series by Good Smile Company. Standing approximately 100mm tall, it has been carefully recreated down to the smallest details, including Sukuna's distinctive two-tone hair, the tattoo that runs from his forehead to his cheek, and his double eyelids.

Three types of facial parts (normal face, mocking smile, and insane face) are included, allowing you to enjoy a variety of expressions. In addition, an illustration sheet of Sukuna's domain expansion "Fukuma Onikushi" and small parts such as a cow skull are also included, allowing you to recreate scenes from the movie.

The figure was sculpted by Citibee (Matsuda Model) with production assistance from Nendoron. It is a pre-painted plastic movable figure.

Character charm

Sukuna is an extremely ruthless and arrogant man who looks down on humans, yet he has captivated many fans with his overwhelming strength and relaxed expression. His ruthlessness, which leads him to despise humans as "insects" and to commit cruel acts without hesitation to achieve his own goals, makes him a source of fear in the story.

However, his high fighting ability, intelligence, and unique aesthetic make him a complex character that goes beyond a simple villain. While he often mocks and insults Itadori, who shares his body, calling him a "hungry ghost," the complex relationship they have, in which they sometimes cooperate, is also a highlight of the story.

Although he is touted as the strongest sorcerer, his mysterious past and true purpose, the full details of which have not been revealed, are gradually revealed as the story progresses, and this background is a major attraction for fans.
