During Ran's karate tournament, Shinichi leaves to solve a murder case in high society.
To make up for it, Shinichi invites Ran on a special date to a colorful amusement park called Tropical Land.
However, another murder occurs there.

While investigating the case, Shinichi encounters a mysterious organization dressed in black.
The organization tries to quietly silence the genius detective by forcing him to take an unknown drug.
When Shinichi came to his senses, he had shrunk so much that even the police could no longer recognize him.
With his new identity as Conan Edogawa, Shinichi searches for justice, truth, and a way to return to his original form.
