"Bloodborne: The Card Game - Hunter's Nightmare" is a card game expansion that allows you to experience the world of Bloodborne more deeply.

Caryll Rune System - New abilities to strengthen your Hunter
One of the highlights of the expansion set is the "Karyll Rune Cards."
At the start of the game, each player chooses one of two Caryll Rune cards and places it next to their Hunter board.
Caryll Rune cards grant new abilities to your Hunter throughout the game and are always active and effective.
For example, there are cards that allow you to recover HP when using a long-range weapon, and cards that allow you to deal additional damage when using a close-range weapon.
It is important to determine the characteristics of the final boss before choosing a Caryll Rune card.
If the final boss has high attack power, strategic decisions will be required, such as choosing recovery cards.
Death Tokens: The New Cost of Death
Another new feature is the Death Token, a system that further deepens the fear of death.
At the start of the game, place three death tokens at the right end of their corresponding trophy token lines.
Every time you are killed by a monster, you must move the death token corresponding to that monster type one space to the left.
Additionally, if you are killed by another Hunter, you will have to choose one of the Trophy Tracks to activate your Death Token.
If a death token and a trophy token are adjacent, the trophy token will be pushed to the left when the death token is moved.
This puts you at risk of losing your hard-earned Trophy Points.
New Weapons and Tactics
The expansion also adds powerful new weapons to aid you in your adventure.
For example, unique weapons such as the Gatling Gun, Explosive Hammer, and Logarius' Wheel appear.
Each of these weapons has a special effect, bringing new strategic options to gameplay.
For example, by using Logarius' Wheel, other players can simultaneously select a weapon card, something that would normally only be available to the player who played the transform card.
