Characters and background

"My Hero Academia" is a popular manga series written by Kohei Horikoshi that has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2014, and has been adapted into an anime since 2016. The story is set in a world where approximately 80% of the population possesses some kind of special ability, known as a "quirk," and follows the protagonist, Izuku Midoriya (nicknamed Deku), as he grows at U.A. High School, a hero training school, while making full use of the powers he inherited from his idol, All Might.

The climax of the fourth season of the anime, the "Shie Hassaikai Arc," depicts Deku and the other heroes' desperate battle to rescue Eri, a young girl who has been abused by the Hassaikai boss Overhaul, also known as Chisaki Kou.
